Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of perfumes, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos for a quick resolution.
